I have a whole bunch of ground vension -- been making burgers with it. Anyone know of any vension spaghetti recipes that are good?

I'd assume you'd just substitute it for the ground beef. Either for the meat balls or meat sauce.
I'd imagine a meatball that combined venison and ground beef would be pretty good too. But i've never had it.
I have had a deer sausage and ground beef burger before. Pretty good.

Yea, just use it like a regular ole ground meat spaghetti recipe. You can use a combo of the beer burger/ sausage too. As for meatballs 1/3 deer burger, 1/3 deer sausage and 1/3 ground pork or Italian sausage makes a fine meatball. Add some bread crumbs, Parmesan, finely diced onions and peppers.

I'd try yakisoba instead. Probably go better with the gaminess.

My wife makes deer spaghetti all the time. If you're not making meat balls, I'd just brown the meat and use as if were ground beef.
If you're making meat balls, I'd recommend mixing with some type of sausage or Italian sausage 50/50.

Make meatballs, cook them. Cook a spaghetti sauce. Combine them. Boil noodles. It's not rocket science.
Make a meatloaf, bake it. Not hard.
