I will be going to Vegas for a few days any recommendations on restaurants?
I will be staying at the Aria. I went to Vegas 6 years ago and some of the restaurants I went too sucked. I really don't care about the price as long as it's good. The best place I ate while out there last time was Del Friscos.

I just did dinners at Kumi, Delmonico's, and lotus of Siam.
All were great and better than expected.
Brunch at hop hash whatever was also killer.

The fun thing about Vegas is that it can be anything you want.
Narrow it down a bit and you'll get better answers.

The best places are off the strip

In your hotel, Aria, there is a fantastic restaurant called Sage. Every bite of food I had was amazing and the service was impeccable.

Giada's was great. CUT in the Venetian is a great steakhouse. Buddy V's is good for red sauce Italian. I like Nobu for sushi.
There are unlimited options if price is no concern to you.

The best places are off the strip
ETA: Not only are the restaurants very cost effective because they're off strip, but they are extremely authentic and it's where the local Asians eat.

Jean George's in Aria was amazing when my buddies and I ate there in early January.

Bouchon or any other Keller outpost.

All of the pizza talk on the first page reminded me of the hidden pizza place at the Cosmo. Really good NYC style slices for a drunken snack or a cheap lunch.

I was there last weekend and this is what I found:
The best authentic Mexican is a place called Taco's Mexico in old Vegas area. Not walkable, but delicious.
Near the aria:
Diablo Cantina for Mexican
Bellagio Buffett for Champagne Brunch
Cosmo has the best pizza and a great dinner Buffett
Eggslut in the Cosmo has great breakfast
Everything else wasn't worth recommending

I had a phenomenal dinner at Top of the World...would recommend it to anyone. Go at night, obviously.
