Headed out to Utah at the end of the month to visit the Mighty 5 National Parks. Any dining suggestions in these areas?

Whiptail Grill in Springdale doesn't look like much but the food is solid.

Pasta Jay's in Moab was good.

In Springdale we ate at the Thai place twice (kids wanted to return), it was pretty good. We ate at Cafe Soleil for breakfast, we had pizza from Zion Pizza & Noodle Co, apps and beer at Zion Canyon Brew Pub and lunch at Porters Smokehouse and Grill. I thought the food was good everywhere.
I thought Porters was decent for basic burgers but high in price. I was pretty drunk at the Brew Pup, no real opinion for this place and I thought the other places were above average.

Capital Reef? Bring your own food.

Figured that was the case. Either that or take our chances with the hotel dining. We're only staying 1 night there, sandwiched in between Moab and Springdale.

There isn't much at Bryce Canyon either

We will be driving from Springdale over to Bryce Canyon and then back to Springdale when we are done.

Milts in Moab is good for burgers and shakes. Locals place. Pasta jays was good. We had a Thai place (they have a couple, can’t remember which one) and my kids loved it.
Bryce I would eat at Bryce pines. Restaurant next to a motel before you get into town.
Springdale we have eaten oscars and enjoyed it and casa de amigos (?) Mexican place and it was so-so. The food out here hasn’t exactly blown me away.
Capitol reef be sure to get some of the fresh pies in Fruita. They are awesome.

Oh, and we all enjoyed the Moab diner.

Springdale to Bryce and back will make for a long day, especially if you plan to do any hikes while in Bryce.
We stayed in Bryce Canyon Pines one night and Ruby’s Inn the next night. Caught the sunrise from inspiration point then hiked queens garden/Navajo loop. Hiking amongst the hoodoos was pretty cool, especially first thing in the morning when we had it to ourselves.

I agree, I would pickup and move for the night, no need to drive back and forth.

I don't disagree with you but with a 4 year old and an 8 year old with us it's just too much damn work to move our stuff multiple nights. I don't mind the driving and the kids will likely sleep on the way back that evening.

So you’re just staying in Springdale and Moab? Hitting Capitol reef on the way from Zion to Moab?

Flying into Vegas and we'll drive out to Moab then work our way back to Vegas. 3 nights in Moab, 1 near Capitol Reef, and 3 in Springdale.

No. Renting a house in Moab and a house in Springdale. 1 night at Red Sands Hotel for Capitol Reef.

Just a suggestion, but with a four and eight year old you could probably see all you want of Capitol reef in half of a day, especially if half a day is all you have allotted for Bryce. Leave Moab early, see what you want in Capitol, stay at red sands. Get up the next day and stop at Bryce on way to Springdale. Bryce is roughly halfway between Capitol reef and Zion.
On a side note. There is a convenience store in Hanksville (between Moab and Capitol) that your kids would probably think is cool. Hollow mountain store. I wish I could help you with a picture, but no service here and the wifi is bogged down with other lodge guests.

Not a bad suggestion but we're already booked through Vacase & Airbnb and would be out money if I change anything up at this point. This is our current itinerary.
Friday, June 26 - Arrive in Vegas and Drive to Moab
Saturday, June 27 - Canyonlands or Arches
Sunday, June 28- Canyonlands or Arches
Monday, June 29 - Maybe Dead Horse State Park and then Drive to Red Sands Hotel
Tuesday, June 30 - Capitol Reef and when finished drive to Springdale
Wednesday, July 1 - Bryce
Thursday, July 2 - Zion
Friday, July 3 - Zion and then drive to Vegas that evening
Saturday, July 4 - Let the kids see a few sights and sounds in Vegas. Maybe some pool time.
Sunday, July 5 - Return home

You might have seen me mention this before, but get the Gypsy App I think it is a combo for Arches and Canyon Lands and a combo for Zion and Bryce, it is worth the money.
