I haven't been consistently around T-Town in 10 years, slappickle. But, yeah TH...Rouse's will most probably ship one to you. Might as well order a King Cake.

Heberts has the best imo. Get a couple deboned stuffed chickens while you at it. The one with crawfish stuffing is delicious

Check the best local Cajun restaurants in your area. They may make them or be able to order them for you.

We have a local place here in Jacksonville that is really good and they make turduckens fresh in the restaurant. If they make a good jambalaya, gumbo, and crawfish etouffee, chances are they can put together a good Turducken.

www.nolacajun.com They have a great site for stuff like this! We have gotten our Thanksgiving turduckens from them every year for the past 2 years. Their jalapeno cornbread is awesome!
