I was blessed enough to get to enjoy some links from The Best Stop on my way to Houston, and i have to say, it was absolutely delicious.

Your provocative ways have become apparent. Your attempt to declare independence disappoints Mother. Choose your authentic boudin with more authentic wording and character. Then, and only then, will Father come back into your life.

Hebert's

It's terrible, and a disgrace to the name. Hebert's in Maurice is the ONLY Hebert's.

T-Boys and Eunice Superette are better than all these places

Also no place east of the Basin should ever be in the top 10 best boudin

Billy's 4/10 on boudin? Herbert's 6/10? You've lost your mind.

I used to shop at Janise's all the time and never once tried their boudin. They made some great jalapeno sausage cheese bread.

I don't like Janise's and Hebert's is garbage.

Billy's 4/10 on boudin?

I can see why, he rated Kartchner's #1. It tastes like rice and gravy in a casing. Our entire family, extended as well, did a boudin trail tasting almost a year ago. We had Don's , NuNu's, Billy's, Best Stop and Kartchner's for the blind taste test. Everyone had Kartchner's last. I posted the results and got downvoted. Hey, if you like it good for you. I have tried it 3 times and it has always been the same, won't ever buy it again. Now their boudin ball with the jalapeno cream cheese is incredible.

And for those wondering, we had 21 people who tried the boudin. The Best Stop won (which I was surprised), Billy's and Don's were tied, NuNu's was third.

Below is Kartchner's.

30 years ago Poche's was the king. Mass production cut their quality and taste way down.

Janice’s and Katcjner are below avg.

Fact that Mel’s in Eunice isn’t on your list is just another reason you suck.

If you are telling me that you made a top ten list and at no point on your list included TJims in cottonport, NuNus in Broussard, Juneau’s in marksville, Johnson’s Boucaniere in Lafayette, and Mr Ts in Elton, then your list has no merit.
