Ok.
I think the chefs knew exactly which dish was Carlos's and voted for the other dish.

Highly likely. And a stupid move. Louis is probably the more difficult competitor to face a final than Carlos. He just seems to have a broader and more polished technique.

Completely agree strategically. This current group is cliquish.

I heard it said that the winner tonight would have an advantage in the finale. I never heard what the advantage is. What is it?

Nic came in with both barrels loaded apparently.

Louis knew he had problems with the tuna in the quick fire. I thought he might avoid fish though the pork took Shirley down. I was pulling for Louis to make it with Shirley.

Nick will prob get first pick of his staff. It looks like the rest of the cast comes back & helps run a restaurant for each

Nick stepped up his game quite a bit. That break really did him some good. I felt bad for Shirley though.

Nick is still a tool.

Hopefully Nina wins.

I don't really like Nina or Nick.

I wanted Shirley to win. Though I think Louis is immensely talented.

I like Nina.

I must stand alone in my dislike for Shirley. I found her eternal glee to be obnoxious.

Very good chef no doubt. I was disappointed Louis get knocked out so early, I wanted to see more of his cooking.

Nope I'm with you. She seemed to be crying every episode. She's a good chef no doubt, but her personality just bugged me.

Would have liked to see more of Louis also. Not really pulling for either one. I think Nina will pull it off somehow.

He should have been the one to go home on three of the last four episodes. It's a shame he's in the finals.

Nick should have went home on that carrot dish he made a couple episodes ago.

I thought for sure it was going to be Shirley and Nina in the finals

I don't like the way Shirley tried to soften emeril up to her.

I agree he has slipped through on a few challenges but I do believe he is worthy.

I think he was doing a poor job towards the end of the New Orleans portion largely from losing focus. As stated earlier, he does appear to have benefited from the break.

Maybe his time off gave him time to rediscover his cooking style? He seemed to be very technical but overreaching at times.

You mean Uncle Emeril?

I never did like her for some reason.

Can't stand nick so will be pulling for Nina, looks like nick screams and bitches in the final as well. Was hoping Nina would have yelled at him last episode when he asked to use his pressure cooker
