Out of the choices in the OP I'd pick SYM. I use NuNu's though

Neither. The bigger they get the more salt they put and less spice. I use Mel's grocery a local specialty meat shop outside of Eunice.

Slap Ya Mama hot is my preferred.

Have some salt-free Tony's now and it's pretty good as well.

They could all use more garlic for my taste.

Not sure which one is in the cabinet, I know how to cook so iit doesn't get used very often. There are a lot better ways of getting the flavor you seek. Besides they all have cumin in them, one of my facorite spices, but it doesn't belong in Cajon/Creole dishes.

I just really cooked 2 fried eggs and shook some Tony's on them. They were world class.

I guess it popular here to hate the originals.

Tonys and Tabasco were the first, give them credit for that.

I usually make my own, but always keep some on hand for when I am in a rush. Also they are easy for tailgating and such.
I have Tonys, Slap yo mama and Nunu's in the cabinet right now.

But Tony was a close friend of my Mom's family and I met him before he even produced his commercial product. He was one of the nicest men I ever met, so for that I will always be loyal to Tony's

Tony's crawfish boil powder from the '80's was awesome. Can it still be purchased? (I have the recipe in one of his books, I'm pretty sure).
