I guess the whole schtick of this wouldn't bother me so much if he wouldn't be such a snob toward Rummel. They did allow his arse into school after he was asked to leave Jesuit. How about show them a little respect.

Doesn't really matter what people think about this guy he's spot on here. Velvet Cactus is probably one of the worst meals I've had in my life.

I don't care for Velvet Cactus' style of mexican food but he is wrong about the cochinita pibil being made with pineapple juice. It's traditionally made with bitter orange or lemon/lime/orange juice. Taco's al pastor is made with pork marinated in pineapple juice.
FWIW, I've had VC's Cochinata Pibil and it was pretty lackluster as far as flavor goes.

Haven't been because I heard it was bad. Those nachos look like dog shite in the picture though. Not sure about his other reviews but I assume he is right on this one.
