I only wish I was as famous as you MD.

Perhaps it can be used by someone here to bring the record back to Louisiana.

I’m pretty sure I saw this posted here already but anyway.

World Record Jambalaya

I’ll make a donation. Maybe the mother hen of the site would sponsor it and surely there are enough cooks in here to volunteer to cook it.

This is awesome. I love tigerdroppings. Posters and stuff like this make it great.

I use the jam calculator every single time I make jambalaya. I’ve shared it with friends and on Reddit as well. It is a wonderful tool.

And Poche’s recipe is spot on.

Between his jambalaya and Treedawg’s gumbo, people think I’m a much better Cajun cook than I can take credit for.

I know I bought the app but I can't seem to find it on my phone or my account.

Found it. It was under T not J.

Yeah, we had to add the "The" because changes were made to the original Android version.

Anybody have the spreadsheet? Links broken. I don't remember how long to let the spaghetti boil before shutting off the fire.

I don’t use it since Tom Fitzmorris never approved of using it.

Thanks Rat! Love the calculator. Yesterday I made 5 gallons of Pastalaya. All that I did was modify the water ratio, I was a little nervous. However, since I never made it before I relied on it and the pastalaya came out great!
