I enjoyed the hell out of Torst when I was there in May.

- Great glassware
- Great Bottle List (Cantillon stuff, Crooked Stave, Lot of good Belgian Stuff)
- Heavy Evil Twin draft list but still a bunch I've never seen
- Guest Taps
- Very Cool design and set-up for the bar
- Hear the restaurant tied into Torst has a great tasting menu (Luskus)
- Knowledgeable beer team
- Sunday Pig Roast

Craft Pride is cool, but it's interesting that they would choose it over Banger's, which is on the same block. Craft Pride has only TX beers, while Banger's has 103 beers on tap, from all over. They rotate them all the time and they always have special kegs and casks of hard-to-find stuff. Food is good, too.

Craft Pride is fine, but it's definitely not better than Banger's.

Horse Brass and Belmont Station are solid, but there are several others that could be on that list. I have no problem with those two, though...

Go drink at Lagers, then. Or better yet, Beerfest. I'm pretty sure that have at least 20 taps.

I'll give you this, the taps all are put really closely together so it doesnt look like a ton. It's not like Bulldog where they spread them out as much as possible to emphasize their "selection."

T would be wrong.

Avenue has more taps with higher quality beers on said taps, and that doesn't even touch their bottle selection or casks they might tap.

Plus their special events. You're comparing a peewee team with the Saints. It's the same sport, sorta, but the products are completely different.

dead wrong. Bulldog on Magazine is a joke with their selection. Mid city is a little better.
