Sorry Martini - many years back I received a master's degree in microbiology (minor Biochemistry). can't break away from old schooling. If you want to keep it longer and don't hold me responsible then go for it. However, you will never read a recommendation from me stating that is acceptable.

Not as talented as you Cramer. Also IMO Hellmans is pretty good stuff. Stood in their factory in New Jersey many years back and saw quarts going down the line at 800 bottles a minute. How could they be doin it wrong with sales like that?

I like the texture that the grating gives them. Will probably stick to my old guy method.

Nobody is responsible for Team Martini except me. I'm the head coach and I have an All American stomach with a lining close to Kevlar.
My liver has been All-Pro for most of its career also.

No pickles? I thought that was like a standard ingredient for 1K Island? Or did I just make that up?
Have never tried homemade before, I might have to give this a shot.

MHNBPF - May Her Name Be Praised Forever. My wife is without a doubt the very best thing that ever happened to me. For 45 years, she has been my friend, lover, mother of my children, trusted confidant, an absolute blessing from God. She is one of the most intelligent people I have ever known. Additionally, she has genuine wisdom and discernment. If I had to stand my ground against an overwhelming attack and had to choose someone to cover my back, it would be her.

If you have a food processor is really easy and you can use if to combine the rest of the ingredients for the dressing.
If you have homemade mayo once, any bottled us just not even close.
Just saying. Your stuff is amazing though, add always
