Landry's Hot Tamales in Franklin. They have good tamales, but the hot dog on french bread is unbelievable.

I just looked through 18 pages to find something in Patterson, and of course the only entry is deadlast

Jeffcoat, anything else in Patterson? I plan on coming in to see the St. James game next month.

Do they still only serve 2 items - steak or catfish?

Wow, no one has mentioned Neta's (near Minden). Near Benton, Uncle Henry's BBQ is very good.

I've been in NW LA for 12 years, and I have not found a good po-boy up here yet! Been disappointed here many times, but always looking. Even the Copeland's in Shreveport does not make a good shrimp po-boy.

We need a Rocky & Carlos -- or even a New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Company...

When it's all said and done, I wish one of you spreadsheet gurus would catalog all this info and break it down by area then by city. I travel all over this and surrounding states and would love to carry this info with me.

Sorry Here's my contribution:
Boomtown Casino buffet in Harvey
The Point Peters rd. @ 4th st. Harvey
DeMartino's in Marrero/Westwego off hwy 90
Brother's on Lapalco east of Manhatan in Gretna

T's Crawfish Trap in Gueydan, LA.

It's a small place that only has a drive thru. It started out as a crawfish boiling shack and the guy's wife started making plate lunches and hamburgers for the local farmers in it.

It's honestly some of the best food I have ever eaten. The plate lunch is always delicious and her burgers are better than the times/rouls/ground pati. My personal favorite is her deli sandwich. It will change your life.

It is real good, but get out a little more and try Sea & Sirloin just south of Campti on Black Lake and Cypress Inn north of Bossier City on Cypress Lake.

If you like seafood buffets, try Hollis' in Spearsville. It has just about everything and even more.

It was my Mom's favorite. It was the last place we took her to eat before she died in January. They all knew her there.
