Cashews are awesome. We buy the big 2.5 lb jar of them from Costco every now and then

They (you) really screwed this one up. Cashews are seeds, not nuts. Same with walnuts, pistachios, and Brazil nuts.

I love macadamias in cookies and bought a jar recently. I was very disappointed - they just aren’t that good to me eaten alone. Will have to throw them in some cookies.
