I'm thinking toast. Maybe buttered skillet toast. It is one of my signature dishes, along with egg in a nest, which is sor'ta like skillet buttered toast with an onteresting twist!

I have wild grain sitting outside collecting wild yeast now. Going to grow my own yeast for this bread.

Then do a simple flour, salt water only sourdough. As a basis to the actual dish. I got to do better than dead last this time.

Mine is done and in the belly.

I predict a strong 5th place showing. Unless there are 7 entries, then maybe 6th. 7th would not be out of reason.

You don't have to make bread if you don't want. Use bread as an ingredient.
