I just read this thread, and I've got to check this out immediately. The burger sounds great!

Decided to go again tonight... Had the sliders as an app and they were good. Had the tuna and chips for my main course and it was good also. This place is quickly going to become my favorite place to go have a drink in BR.

I went yesterday (my second time this week). I sampled a few beers (the ones other places don't have) and they were good. I had Shepherds Pie (which was excellent) and ordered a Banger's and Chips to go. I also had the Chorizo and Jalapeno as an App. The Banger's were good, but not my favorite out of all the stuff I've had so far.
The Chorizo/Jalapeno was unreal. I could have ordered two of those for my meal. Great appetizer.
The place was packed downstairs so I went upstairs and it was a good vibe. The service was excellent.
Again, the main negative was the music. I heard some old school country, Biggie Smalls, and Milli Vanilli all in the span of ten minutes. The music HAS to be changed. It really destroys the realism of the pub feel. Why put so much work into making it an authentic pub when you have friggin Milli Vanilli playing through the speakers?
This place has solidified itself as a favorite of mine for sure, but the music can really put a damper on any realism the place tries to portray.

if the food is good, the type of music isn't going to keep me from going

The fiancee and I ate there before buying our christmas tree. I'll say I will definitely be back.
Ambiance: Dimly lit....plenty of tv's showing various football games...plenty of dining space...I also really liked the areas with the couches and chairs. Seems like it would be fun to grab some apps and beers with friends.
Food: We started with a chorizo stuffed jalepenos and they were excellent. Fiancee and I split a Reuben and the Shepherd's Pie. Both were very good. Fries that came with the reuben were good as well and weren't just a "throw away side." I will be excited to try some of the other dishes like the Bangers and Mash, Mussels, and Chicken Tika Masala (love that they had this on the menu). We also split the chocolate orange bread pudding. It was good but I couldn't taste any orange and the piece served was pretty small. All in all, food was very good.
Service: Our server was great. Nice, attentive, and polite. He seemed pretty happy to be working there.
Music:
It was definitely on 103.1 and we heard the greats from Coolio, Poison, GooGoo Dolls, etc. When they went to commercial, the station was switched and we heard The Kinks, The Ramones, and The Rolling Stones. The Euro rock music definitely went better with the overall feel of the place. However, they could be playing anything and I would return. Music isn't that big an issue for me. I'm there to eat and talk with people, not sing songs.
The bill came out to $43 (had a beer and it was ice cold). Great experience and I hope this play stays busy without being dominated by the inder 25 crowd.
