One of my favorite beers is the UFO Hefeweizen. I am not familiar with the rest of Harpoons options but I highly recommend that beer. Only 2 places I know that have it in BR are the cove (bottle), and Happy's(draft) on Coursey.

A couple months ago the spanish moon tried to put on a burlesque show, which got banned. Because the law states (something like) " no girating, swaying or any kind of seductive movement" or some BS like that... go look it up. anyway, the londoner isn't licensed to have any of those acts. so NO i can't make that happen or ANYTHING ELSE happen.

Honestly ya'll hear me out. I think the bad music is by design. (& this is all speculation) but if people get tired of the music enough, they will put lots & lots of money into the jukebox so the default CRAP wont get played. It's an ingenious idea.

Tigers444 is right + more, these guys know their stuff. & the managers know their stuff too. I doubt this place will fail, but if it does it is only because the ownership & management won't sell out.

Social skills? As long as you don't act like a total arse I think you will be alright. Showing it once & a while is cool. They seem pretty liberal in how they want the atmosphere to be.

Well more TV's are coming, when i go there I will pass on the word. But they will appreciate any criticism(constructive of course) & suggestions.
But I do not see them opening before 11 except on saturdays. & if there are enough people consistently there sat morning they will open.

Doc: From what I saw of the prices, they are pretty good.(beer wise) I am not rich so when i go somewhere I pay attention to that & don't like to drink $50 worth of beer. What was your take on the prices?

It is very edible. But you must understand that the food is authentic as it is going to be in Louisiana. The breading is different on the fish, it isn't corn meal. The fish is cod not catfish.
Pulled pork, mussels, steak sandwich, fish & chips, curry chicken salad, shepards pie, chorizo & cheddar stuffed jalapenos, everything I tried was good. Some more than others. Plus the beer is cheaper than any other high quality place in town.

The Pub will be open on Monday the 22nd @ 11am. The place looks pretty good inside & They built a patio in the front. They said 1 pool table & darts. 32 beers on tap & about the same in bottles.
