I’m going there this Friday night. How is it? What do you recommend?

They used to have the best steak value in town... it’s been a few years since I’ve been though. The bread is on point

I rank Little Village no better than the 4th best Italian in BR and I've found the food at Airline to be better than the downtown location.

we went during football season. Good food and service. We had a good assortment of appetizers and entrees. Everything was good.

I agree. I went on Christmas Eve and it was just average. Was it because the better cooks were off or is the place just that average?

No idea. It has been about a year since I've been there and I live across the street.

I go once a year for christams eve

The bread is still delicious to me. I freaking love it

The traditional veal dishes are good, and the steaks are good as well

I do not get the specials or unique items, so I am always happy and content with my meal

I find it a touch overrated/overpriced, so I generally don't self-select to go, but it's still a good restaurant. I don't recall having an objectively bad dish there. Pick a dish that tickles your fancy and you should be fine.

Don't fill up on the bread.

Same. I never really think about the place anymore, but I've never hated anything there. I only ever get the lasagna, which in the past was like $15 and came with a salad. So I never felt like it was a bad deal.

That said, we did order a fish special one night assuming it would be no more than their most expensive dishes on the menu (~$30) and it was nearly $50.

I just remembered - We boxed it and took it home. The next day, Jones heated it up for lunch and left it on the coffee table to grab a drink. When he came back, the dog was halfway finished eating it
