I have reservations Friday night. We have never been. The menu looks good.
Who has been and how was it?

I loved what I had when I went (gumbo and the burger), which I wasn’t expecting.

Went once for brunch after checking out of the watermark. Food is good, atmosphere a bit different since it’s all open in the lobby/restaurant

The ambiance kind of sucks. When we booked, i thought it was a restaurant set aside in the hotel. I did not expect it to just be a bunch of tables in the lobby. Food was ok, but nothing stood out. I ate there once, have no desire to really go back.

There's lots of history in that old LNB bank building.
The flatbreads are very good over there with the boucherie being my favorite.
I've always found the reliefs on the walls very interesting.
FYI, the BANK vault that everyone sees in the conference room is a 100% fake one.
The real vault is a little farther down the hallway and MUCH smaller.

The bas-relief murals, created by renowned New Orleans artist Angela Gregory to embellish the bank lobby during a 1949 renovation, depict images important to the state's economy, including oil refineries, sugar cane and the Mississippi River, as well as the state seal and the seal of Louisiana National Bank.

I haven't eaten there, but was excited about the restaurant in the historic building. Went to check it out one time while walking by and as mentioned, it looked like tables in the lobby of the hotel. I honestly lost all desire to eat there.

We've always just sat at the bar, never at a table. The crowd there can be an interesting mix of politicians and lawyers.

Been a couple times. It's OK. Nothing memorable.

I used to stay there a lot on game weekends
Huge is cool
The restaurant is okay. Not great
Keep in mind that Marriot owns it.

I’ve been a couple times. Once for dinner and once for brunch. Both were great experiences
