Do they really sell that much Canebrake that it hinders their production of other beers? I only know of one person here in the NOLA area in my group of friends that drinks it, and every time I'm at a bar I consistently hear orders for Envie. Is Canebrake bigger in the Lafayette area? Or do that many girls drink it?

profit margins on canebrake are no doubt wider, canebrake drinkers don't care about bottling date, and hop contracts effect brewing schedules.

The yeast did change tho, they seem to think it's better than their old yeast and are only using it for the time being...

Only for the time being? Why would they ever go back to the previous yeast?

Between Urban South Finnial, NOLA 004, and Courtyard IPAs, we don't need Parish anymore for haze juice

Finnial was not hazy or juicy when i had it at the brewery... Modillion maybe. But Finnial was underwhelming IMO

The press release says no distribution. I'm guessing that means no keg to bars as well?

Just read in the Advocate like two days ago, that he is considering moving to Texas because of Louisiana's shitty laws.

Greatest marketing scheme to date. "hey guys, let's tell them it's the best ever, even though it is not, and they will buy the shite out of it".
