I don't drink to get drunk anymore, and rarely have more than 2 beers in a day.

That's been my point the entire time, in addition to those that just raise their noses at beers that don't meet that 95 rating. And I'm not mad at them, contrary to what some think on here. I find it funny and wouldn't have it any other way. Cheap entertainment, as well as getting a laugh out of all the butt hurt people in here. Keep on making me laugh!

This thread isn't so much people making fun of others for liking Abita, rather people explaining why they don't drink that much Abita. Hell, I love people drinking Abita. It supports a Louisiana business. I would drink more of their beer if I didn't think there were better options available.

As someone who will defend the Abita (Bud Light etc.) lover, I don't find this to be true.
There are a few like this, and there are many who don't particularly like Abita, etc. (me included), but I don't see many people "being a douchebag and making fun of others."

My only contribution to this thread and I say the same in the Ghost threads.
If you like the beer drink it, if you want to look it up online to see if its good enough for you to turn into piss thats fine too. Make a decision for yourself and if someone on here wants to tell you you dont know beer because you drink beer that they think sucks thats also fine. They're an a-hole, and there are plenty of beer assholes on this board, but there are also plenty of good beer drinkers too.
