I never said he was bogus but I do think his methods are suspect.

New Glarus Brewing
New Glarus
The extent to which New Glarus completely dominates the Wisconsin craft scene gets overstated a bit -- breweries like Central Waters and Ale Asylum are doing some legitimately outstanding work. All, that said... well, New Glarus has grown into one of the biggest craft breweries in the country without even sending its beer to anywhere else in the country! Spotted Cow may be essentially the state beer of Wisconsin, but it's New Glarus' funky and fruity offerings that really set it apart, like its peerless Raspberry Tart. -- ML
All that said, Central Waters is doing better stuff across the board than New Glarus.

Blackberry Farm
Walland
Not content to just be a luxury resort and a big-arse farmland estate, Blackberry Farm has been brewing up a roster of Belgian-focused beers for a couple years now, and if the corks in the bottles didn’t tip you off, shite’s fancy. The Tripel and Quad ales are among the finest this side of the Atlantic, while the seasonal saison offerings run the gamut from fruity to spicy without losing sight of drinkability. But it’s not all saisons: A new brewer has also pushed this farmhouse leader outside the rural realm, experimenting with IPAs and even (gasp) a canned pilsner.
Hands down the best brewery in TN.

List is pretty suspect, but thrillist, so expexted.

They're no longer craft.

That's probably because it was bought by Inbev, who owns Budweiser.
I find the choices for Michigan and Colorado to be suspect. Bells is better then Founders, imo. And while Ska brewing is solid, it's not the best in the State.

But muh Spotted Cow

In ownership only. They basically operate exactly like they always have, but I guess if that's a rule of this exercise I get it.

Seriously. The fact that everyone rolls back into Chicago with Spotted Cow and none of the Raspberry Tart...

That's a pretty strong take. I admit I'm a huge fanboy of Founder's, but I think that the barrel aged stuff Founder's is doing is slightly better, and their everyday lineup edges Bell's as well.
That being said, that's like choosing between an OT 8.5 and an OT 9. We're very spoiled with amazing beer in this area of the country.

I'm just mad this hasn't turned into a Parish thread yet

The thing I saw a few years ago was they were like 16th In production.
Made a lot of sense when I went for the LSU game and people drink spotted cows like natty light.

Yeah, Bells vs. Founders is a pretty close one. I don't think I could pick one or the other. Both make great beers.

Hopsecutioner and HI-5.
Not a big Hopsecutioner fan but I like Hi-5. My palate is not good enough to distinguish batches and releases.
I love their Luau Krunkles. It's a Passion Fruit, Guava, Mango IPA. Subtle on the fruit.
THey release a lot of stuff around here. Not sure about their larger distribution.

At least they got Mississippi right

Agreed even though we seem to be getting less of it here in Nola. Especially the BA stuff.
I will say, they changed the recipe for Crowd Control, more dank and clear now, do not like.
