For the people who have been, how was it? I also see they just started doing breakfast, anyone had that yet? The burrito looks good.

Went last Saturday. Not impressed. I got the Rachael. It’s a brisket sandwich with pepper jack cheese and pickled jalapeños. Brisket was very dry. Ordered chili as a side. Was told they were out of Chili about 10 minutes after I already placed our order. I ordered the hot link for the substitute. The link was so dry the interior meat had pulled apart from the inside of the sausage.

Wife(no pics) ordered the Brisket with sides of mac and cheese and baked beans. Brisket was also dry Mac and cheese had no visible signs of cheese and tasted like straight butter. Baked Beans were bland.
BBQ sauce was very very sweet, it was good not great. I was surprised they didn’t have other choices for sauces like a Carolina style or even a spicy option.

Brisket nachos were decent the one time I went.

Lol definitely not the owner or work there. For my own review, we got the Rachael and it was decent, brisket a little dry. Got the ribs as well and same deal, somewhat dry. Two sides were beans and potato salad. Beans were good/decent, potato salad was pretty bland. I agree that we’ve enjoyed Hannah Q’s more. No clue what we paid, wife picked it up.

I've been meaning too and finally ate at T-chews today. I had a mix of brisket and pulled pork tacos. Also got a 1/4 lbs of brisket to try it straight up.

It was decent, but imo Hanna Q just down the road has better bbq, sides and a liqueur license. Seemed like nice people working there and I wish them well. I probably won't be in a rush to go back anytime soon though.

Wife had the pulled pork sandwich, 85% fat 15% meat. The boys making the sandwiches just grabbing a handful fat/ meat from the roast and throwing on the bread. Owners weren't their.

I've only gotten breakfast from there. Eggs with a couple slices of brisket. I assumed they were using leftover brisket for breakfast so that was in my mind before I ordered but still threw most of it away. Brisket was overly dry and just terrible taste.

It’s bad... management is the main problem. Looks like the location rushed to open. Out of order fountain drinks except Coke Zero and Diet Coke. Out of items on menu. 4 people working, One cooking, one at register, one handing food from cook to register, and a door greeter. To hell with the restaurant, everybody gets paid

This was my post in the other thread. Back in May

Brisket was good. Don't remember a place ever asking if you want brisket trimmed lean or fatty.

Chicken was good but, a little dry

ribs were cooked to death. too dry to eat really.

The drink station right in between the 2 doors is poor planning. people trying to get drinks are in the way of people trying to get in and out. should have put this in one of the corners.

it was exactly what you'd expect from a mom and pop operation. order takers were really slow. people delivering food were rather rude. just throws a bag of food on the table without regard to drinks, utensils and whatnot.

If a place doesn't ask you this or just automatically serves chopped brisket in sauce you can pretty much guarantee it's mediocre at best brisket/dry.

If true I’m not surprised. I hate to see any business close but they were average at best. Just go to Hannah Q down the road.
