I've been to both, and didn't think either one was anything special. For the price, I'll just keep going to Sonny's for their AYCE ribs w/ 2 sides and Texas toast for $13.99. Their dry-rub ribs are actually pretty good.

A couple weeks back on FB, they advertised tailgating packages, the prices were basically in line with what Franklin BBQ would charge per lb.

BBQ is expensive, I am surprised by people flipping out at the price of Q but willing to pay 12-16 for fried fricking fish from Sammy's or something.


They are good and worth the price but certainly not the best BBQ I've had. They do some things really well and others kinda average to poorly imo
