I prefer Crystal, Tabasco just has a fancier looking bottle.

Louisiana is the best for foods like fried chicken but Tabasco is better on foods like pizza and in Bloody Marys!

ETA:
Louisiana hot sauce sucks IMO. Its too watery and tastes horrible on breakfast food and food that isnt deep fried.

Cholula is so great on tacos and other Mexican things. I'm kind of sad it took me until 6 month ago to discover it.

Am I the only one around here who likes ?

Crystal is my go to hot sauce, but I do love Panola. I consider the Mexican hot sauces and siracha in different category, than your basic LA hot sauces.
