Gonna be stopping there for the first time around lunchtime on Saturday.
What else is good there for takeaway besides the boudin?
Is it a good place to sit and eat lunch?
Any other tips...

Make sure to get a stuffed tasso roast.. It's unreal in a gravy.
Enjoy the best boudin available to mankind
And there is no place to sit and eat except the bed of a truck

This. Give it to your worst enemy and tell them it's fit for human consumption.

Don't forget to speak to T-Boy. He'll be in there somewhere. He's a cool guy. He hires some great talent at the register.
I like the fresh boudin, green onion sausage, and rice and gravy packs he has.
His white pepper seasoning is my current goto seasoning. It's awesome.
Ask for the "microwave boudin." It's a one pound pack that goes from frozen to just right for a snack or the grill in about 7 minutes.
I love that place. They walk them in the back door and sell it out the front door. Yes. It's a slaughterhouse.

if you don't get a tasso roast, you wasted a trip to t-boys.
it's essentially a thin cut boston butt steak wrapped around ponce stuffing.
c'est bon

Get you few links of boudin and an ice cold blue nehi, walk out to your tailgate, open it up and have lunch.

Boudin
Garlic season all
Crawfish stuffed fryer
Tasso stuffed roast
Smoked pork sausage
Smoked ponce
Stuffed & Bacon wrapped pork loin
Cracklins
No place to sit an eat, unless you want to stand in the parking lot w the locals & eat some boudin in the parking lot while solving all the world's problems. If you are looking for a good lunch meal close by, head into Ville Platte (about 10 minutes up Hwy 104) & stop at Cafe de LaSalle-great lunchtime buffet of some real Cajun cooking.

I highly recommend bringing an ice chest and loading up on the groceries ... smoked tasso, boudin stuffed quail, boneless chicken stuffed with crawfish etoufee', smoked garlic pork sausage, etc....
