Haven’t been to a Subway in years. I’ll occasionally stop at a Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s, but quite honestly the best sub deal going is at a Publix deli.

while im sure inflation is making some impact, their pricing increases are largely due to literally being sued by their franchisees over a multitude of things, one being that the $5 footlongs lose money when priced that low

I got the Monster last Saturday. It was very good.

Although I don’t remember if the Subway I went to had the menu in reverse numerical order like in the picture.

Can't stand getting over priced poboys that really are not very good. We quit getting Subway years ago when the cut back on the amount of meat on each sandwich and added an "UP" charge to get "extra" meat so the sandwich had the same amount as before.

A loaf of French bread and a pound of deli sliced meat will make 3 or 4 big sandwiches for about $12. Assuming you have what is needed to "dress" the sandwich at home.

They are good. Glorious? C’mon

Their tuna sub is actually horrible. They grab a tub of prepackaged stuff from the deli section. Awful.

Firehouse for me.

Sounds like a projection on a bad college experience. Not that I would ever order a tuna sub. You keep doin' you.

Why does it have to be one or the other? How about neither.
