Roasted tomato and butternut squash rigatoni
Squash, tomatoes, and a head of garlic seasoned, oiled, and into the oven for roasting.
Meanwhile, start your sauce. Two large shallots in bacon grease with dried herbs, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt.
Add tomatoes in their sauce, and crush well. Simmer together for half an hour until sauce deepens.
Add roasted garlic pulled from the oven.
Add the soft roasted butternut squash and the roasted tomatoes that should be bursting.
Add a cup of reserved pasta water, a generous planing of Pecorino Romano, and fresh basil. Toss with pasta and simmer together until the pasta and sauce stick.
Garnish with torn basil and eat.

Late entry as usual. My submission is a
BLFT poboy with a side of fried tomato rings. Instead of regular mayo I made a garlic aioli.

Dick cheese, this is a quality submission, but your photos look like they were taken with a potato. Might I recommend you improve your camera situation.
