Anyone have a strong recommendation for a stovetop, cast iron grill? Looking at Amazon and price varies. Looking for the best value, seasoned well, etc. Anyone on FDB have a solid brand to recommend?
TIA

i have a two-burner steel griddle that stays on my stovetop, we use it every day.
Every day is a lot. What all do you cook on it so often?

everything...its just a big carbon steel pan.
anything that needs a sear or would be cooked in a frying pan
i dont even have a toaster, we just toast on that

I do like cast iron for a griddle. I finally bought a piece of Finex. It's a bit pricey and it is heavy. But I use it about once a week (also in my grill for searing).

Is it pre-seasoned?

Advantages of carbon steel over cast iron for a griddle?
Also looking at that Rocky mountain link it's hard to tell what the difference really is. I guess thickness of the steel? Is there that considerable difference? Any concerns with warping when rapidly heated?
