Stocked Pantry and Fridge - What do you have?

What do you keep in your pantry and fridge for go-to meals?
My wife and I go to the grocery twice a week. Sometimes three times a week. Now that we have a baby, it's become tedious to get to the store that often.
Tonight, my wife said we need to keep more food in the house. I said, "Like what?" She said she didn't know. Just food.
So what do you keep in house for those times where you don't really have anything planned for a meal but you need to stay home and cook?

With two kids under 3, I "need to stay home and cook" every night.
Protein and vegetables.
Protein and vegetables.

I've got two 3 year olds at the house. Baby food is baby food but for you and the missy...
Load the freezer up on
-frozen,boneless chicken breast and thighs.
-frozen ground meat
-frozen beef roast
-frozen pork loin or butt...but don't freeze it too long...it will turn
-frozen shrimp
-a big arse bag of onions in the fridge at all times
-a big arse bag on bell pepper in the fridge at all times
- big arse bag of rice
- cheap arse pasta
Obviously frozen stuff ain't a glorious feast and wont win you a F&DB award at the end of the year but when run'n out to the grocery becomes tedious.....and it gets that way...you can make a meal that will make both of happy happy happy with these ingredients.
Shish-ka-bobs
Stir fry
Grilled meat & veggies over buttered rice
Sketti
Chicken skits
Any type of stew
Rice and gravy

Fridge always has:
garlic
onions
serrano
eggs
Soy milk
lots of beer
whatever seasonal fruit and veggies we got via CSA that week
Freezer always has:
chicken breasts
chicken thighs
bacon
ground beef
tortellini or ravioli
left over beans, pasta sauce, etc
Pantry always has:
tuna
pasta
sugar
flour
chocolate
white beans
red beans
black eye peas
rice
pop corn
We normally don't plan on going to the store X number of times per week because we have a little organic convenience store as well as a Korean market 1 block away so going to the store is really easy.

3 kids here.
I keep a standing freezer full of deer meat, fish, and other assorted game meats. Inside freezer has frozen fruits and veggies. Milk, juice, condiments, cheese, butter, and beer in fridge. Pasta, rice, flour, oil, cereal, granola, spaghetti o's, goldfish crackers, canned veggies, beans. Can probably put together 100 different meals from all if needed.

Olive oil
garlic
onions
peppers
spinach
eggs
more spices than I know what to do with (I mean that literally, I don't know what to do with half of them lol)
I generally don't keep any meat stocked. If I want to cook something I just stop by the store on the way home. I've found that if I buy a bunch of meat I'll eventually toss something out. I don't like to freeze so I just buy as I need. It's usually chicken, salmon, shrimp, or pork. Sometimes beef but that's pretty rare.
Usually have a few bottles of wine around if I feel like using that in a dish. I keep a bottle of dry white wine just for cooking in the refrigerator. Can't stand drinking the stuff.
Some other things I almost always have on hand
Block of parmesan
Gorgonzola crumbles
Enough Basmati rice to bribe a Hindu deity
A few Thai and Japanese dry curry pastes and cubes
Chicken Stock (in the pantry, sometimes I'll have some homemade in the freezer)
Bananas about 30% of the time
Limes about 80% of the time
Beer that I rarely drink
Almond milk
Peanut butter
Almond butter
Shallots if I find a particular need for them
garlic
onions
peppers
spinach
eggs

Always in my fridge though are: eggs, bacon, milk
Always in my pantry is: bread, coffee, dried pasta, San Marzano diced tomatoes
the only things in my freezer right now are a block of hogs head cheese and some ice cream
