Headed to Biloxi in a few weeks and would like to take a client to a nice steak dinner, where to go?

Cliched, but the steak house in the Beau is pretty good.

I’ve tried out a few:

Kenny Wards (Ocean Springs) has been the best and most consistent.

I had some good experiences with Mary Mahoney’s steaks but my last time there was a huge fail.

Cora’s (in White House hotel) has good but not great steak

Fields was not good recently.

Of course there is a Ruth’s Chris in one of the casinos. Haven’t been to that one but you know what you’re getting with RC

I agree about Mary Mahoney's. My last trip there was incredibly disappointing.

I was there last weekend, and one person in my party said his was terrible and dried out. That was my first time hearing a story like that out of RC.

Probably because it was advertised as steak, but in reality, was nutria.

The best and most expensive is the BR Prime in the Beau Rivage.

IMO, out of the 5 RCs I've been in, this one is the worst of the group. I'd go to Beau Rivage's steakhouse before the RC.

Yeh…. Go to BR Prime. You probably should try to book now though.

Mignons and Morton’s aren’t bad in the Palace and Nugget either. The Palace doesn’t have a great atmosphere though.

Haven’t been in a bit, but Charred in OS wasn’t bad the last time we went.

Just read Charred is permanently closed. No explanation as to why.

Many have said BR Prime. I’ve eaten here a number of times, and I’ve never once been satisfied by the meal I had for the price I paid. I like the Ruth’s Chris in the hard rock better.
If you want a great meal, not necessarily steak, white pillars is a much better option. There’s some other great restaurants in ocean springs (vestige?), but I can’t speak to those.

Drive over to Gulfport and eat at the Rack House. They have a great bourbon bar upstairs and the food is excellent.

Absolutely agree! Never had a bad experience at WP. Been there about 6 or 7 times.

I looked at their sample menu and there was no steak on it. lol. Best oysters I’ve had in MS hands down. Place, and their bar, is killer. That’s where’d go…but it’s far from the steak dinner concept.

BR Prime.

There's a place near Half Shell in Gulfport that's supposed to be great. Can't think of the name...

Just read above... The Rack.

You are correct. Though my wife had a great filet there once as it just happened to be on their daily specials at the time. I was really just echoing the sentiment that the overall restaurant experience there is solid. Outside the steak conversation- I should have clarified.
