And I think the worst is seeing grown arse men wearing hats while dining in a restaurant with table service

For example, here’s GW Fin’s dress code: We hope our dress policy is comfortable for all. Coats and ties are not required. Slacks, dress jeans, dress shorts with a dress shirt or a Polo style shirt are great. We require that gentlemen wear a collared shirt. T-shirts, cut off shorts, and athletic wear are not permitted. We ask gentlemen to remove their hats in the Dining Room.
Can the ladies wear whatever they want?

Or as little as they want apparently.

If I on some rare occasion were dining at a "nice" restaurant, I would prefer not to if the other diners dressed like that. And would not go back if they did.
Whether this restaurant is enforcing its dress code consistently, no idea.

I'm sure the staff is really going to miss the 3 returned entrees, mixed drink complaints, and $3 tip.
