But seriously, finding a decent Reuben is like finding Sasquatch. Either the bread is rock hard, or greasy, too much cheese or dressing which results in a soggy mess, meat ratio off...

Thanks. I know. I was spoiled by a ridiculously good Reuben at a Jewish deli in a big city that I revisit every time I go back.

Hub City Diner *had* a good one until they started slicing the corned beef about 1/4" thick. Now I just order from McAlister's or Jason's.

Read the descriptions on their menu, it's not called a Reuben, but some cliche name they came up with. It is very good, like all their sandwiches.

The one at Jasons Deli is pretty damn good. I also think Social makes a good Rueben.
