That place was so good! There's one in New Orleans. Can someone please bring one back to BR?

I think Baton Rouge needs more Zea locations.

At that price point, DiGuilio's is significantly better. If you want to pay a bit more, Gino's and Nino's absolutely blow them out of the water, as does Marcello’s. Plus Ruffino's, Little Village, La Contea, Palermo...

Baton Rouge really isn't hurting for Italian food.

There are not any left in New Orleans. There is one out in Metairie, though.

Go to Brecks near campus. A few items from Semolina's menu have snuck onto their menu. If you liked the Roban at Semolina get the Jude at Brecks. I think someone involved with that place worked for Sems at some point.

Semolina's chicken marsala and their pasta jambalaya were very good.

It's in the Semolina's Collection. See the link a couple of posts above.

See the Crawfish Roban, but sub Shrimp.

I was in the one in Metairie a few weeks ago, because my wife loves it, and she asked the manager if they were ever going to get back to BR. The manager said it was in the works. Take that for what it's worth I guess.

I used to love the Parmesan Chicken salad and Shrimp Roban from Semolina. I'd be lying if I said I didn't get a craving for those every so often.

I never really considered Semolina an Italian restaurant.
