A good many years ago they opened a Krystal in Hammond. Well out of curiosity I decided to stop in there and give it a try. I wasn't in there 2 minutes and walked out. One nastiest places I have ever seen.

It’s way overpriced tbh. If they cut the prices in half they would get the anticipated business. The location is awful too. It’s right next to the highest concentration of fast food joints. Competing with Cane’s, Chicfila, Panda Express, & McDonalds.

Agreed. But I bet they do ok on margins. The building is “cheap”. Just refurbished/retrofitted storage containers. People also pay more per oz for less meat when they get sliders.

No comment on the quality of the food because I've never been but how is this any more expensive than most other fast food joints?

Those aren't real sliders. Sliders are steamed on a bed of diced onions, otherwise it's just a tiny hamburger. Besides, if that Krystal is still open in Slidell you can get some real sliders there.
