Phil's Marina Cafe-------one of my favorite places to eat when in that area. Not far off I-10 after getting off the 5 mile bridge from N.O. East.

Vote for Phil's as well - get some waterfront view especially since you are going to be there for an hour or two - plus it's right off the interstate.
