Can anyone recommend a simple, easy clean home fryer for frying fish, shrimp, etc?
I know there are many. Just looking for any recommendation for those who have them in their home.

Outdoor or indoor use?
Natural gas, electric, or propane?

I have the Presto Pro Fry (5 quart, 2 basket)
No complaints. Good size for a small family I think.

I have this one and love it. The oil filter actually works.

Yeah my bad, indoor. But something I could carry outside if I wanted to use on the back porch.

If anyone wants an outdoor recommendation "Cajun Fryers" are excellent. I have the 6 gallon and it is pretty overkill but I got it used. My kids and grandkids will be able to use this thing.

Gran Pappy fryer
Doesn't take much oil
No basket
Easy to clean
Inexpensive
I have 2 of them that i run at the same time if I am frying fish for a small crowd.

Love my grand pappy. No big production and easy cleanup.
