got the envie for lamb chops; that won't provide much entertainment though, since its a quick cook. I might get a brisket, too.

I did one on my Joe for Thanksgiving. It came out great.
I've got a spatchcock chicken dry brining in the fridge for tomorrow.

Miss’ssippi pot roast overnight, last night.

Gonna make meatballs for a big red sauce later.

Gonna use 3lbs of crawfish meat for etouffee.

Will roast a pan of root vegetables, cauliflower and eggplant to go with the roast for supper.

I’m boiling an entire sack tonight just for me and the wife. We will have enough tails for dinner for a couple of nights and then plenty of peeled tails for etouffe.

Friday night we grilled chicken and apple sausage, burgers, chuck eye steaks, and fajita marinaded chicken breasts to eat on all weekend.
