Second post and introduction

Hi all. This is my second post in TD. I have been reading the F&D board for quite sometime. I have learned, laughed,andshared topics with friends and family. My wife always wants to know why I take so many photos of food I cook. I'll try to start posting as all of those food pics are wasting away. Again thanks for all of the guidance and entertainment.
The best tip I have learned: Research your dish on this board when looking for recipes.
Funniest thing I read: It was about a cashier at Roberts with the red hair at Robert's an her robotic replies. Our family had the exact same take on her customer service skills. Baton Rouge is so small sometimes.
I look forward to more laughs, and more tips on cooking.
