Hollow out a tomato and fill with tuna salad.
Po-boys with oyster or shrimp or fish as the base, or a combination of them.
Fettuccini using seafood and cream sauces.
Shrimp stew.
BBQ shrimp ala Pascal Manales.
Baked seafood platter instead of fried.
Take her to Venezia's and get the Eggplant Vatican.
Charbroiled oysters.
Shrimp/vegetable kabobs

The custom is abstinence from meat on ash Wednesday and Fridays during lent. Not seafood every day

I did this for lent one time
I ate a lot of burrito bowls with black/refried beans and rice with avocado and some cheese and salsa. Was very good
Also would do red beans and rice with no meat once a week
