I'm confused. You know people that had problems with Dan and thus avoided Steins and they likely would do the same with Sammich.
You on the other hand lived at Steins, so you would have no issue going to Sammich because of the owner?
Making my point that this is an issue for other people, primarily those not on this board.

Dan understands social media and his own perception. One could even say Stein's uses the schtick to their advantage via marketing. The guy at Sammich on the other hand has zero tact when dealing with the public at large it seems.

Just as you say "why do we care" and equally important question is "why are you knighting so much for the business"?
I think it's pretty obvious why people are posting in here. It's entertaining. A business owner is rude to his customers on a social media site, gets hated on by another social media site, then comes to the site to defend his condescending words.

I've never been and don't know the owner. I made one post about the person who wrote the review and I made another post about just letting the owner do his thing and ignore him.
