With it being the Friday before the first NFL Sunday of the season, I’m more inclined to plan out my gameday menu than work this morning.
What’s on everyone’s menu for gameday?
Boudin
Grilled ceasar salad
Stuffed jalapeños
Bacon ranch chicken sliders

Decided to do something fun and make dishes from the city/state of the team we are playing. So for Atlanta, GA it will be:
Pimento cheese deviled eggs
Chicken and Dumplings
Peach Cobbler

Gumbo and deviled eggs. We'll get our first taste of the 40's in Denver come Sunday morning.

I'm grilling 200 burgers and 200 hot dogs for an event tomorrow. I imagine I'll be getting pizza for the game on Sunday!

I'm planning a traditional Creole gumbo with tomatoes and a side of potatoe salad.

Just picked up a 2 pack of pork tenderloins with 2 in each pack from Costco. I'll get some mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, nice bell peppers, onion chunks, cherry tomatoes and make a bunch of kebabs to put on the grill.
Maybe make a nice twice baked potato casserole to complete the meal.
Edited to add this:
Likely start the morning off with some Bloody Mary's and a brunch of bacon, omelets, hash browns and biscuits.

Sounds awesome and easier than what I’ve been doing.
Prepped a bunch of stuff today so tomorrow should be smooth sailing. Hopefully will have pictures to post tomorrow.

Anchovies yes, chicken no. Already doing chicken sliders and just want to have the ceasar as a side salad for everyone.
