and will be open everyday. Now I don't have to wait until Friday night to have some legit Indian food in Nola.

You must be thinking of a different Saffron

Saffron Nola is raved about on the board, and hands down the best Indian food in the area

It will make a killing Uptown and will instantly be a new top restaurant like shaya

It is more Indian fusion.

I'm not lying, if this was a stock I would buy it. Uptown is the perfect location for them

It is sort of trendy Indian like shaya is trendy middle eastern

Been to each at least 10 times. Bay leaf is not even close to saffron level.

I like bay leaf a lot, but no.

I have eaten indian all over manhattan, queens, houston, atlanta, dc, etc.

I've never eaten there, but I love Indian. I'll have to check them out before they go the way of Shaya and you need to make reservations a month in advance.
