Well yeah. It was just obnoxious/loud drunk people in the OP. It was not until people started giving him shite that they were sitting at his table and not ordering food.
They had to be ordering SOMETHING. I know for a fact Ruth's would not let people sit at a table and order nothing on Valentine's Day and act like idiots.
I will be sure to ask my roommate if she remembers this situation since she worked that night.

This is how you know he likes to scam. He states he was ok with them giving the bottle for free. This should have been the end of it, but he still writes a letter and states that this experience isn't what he expects from Ruth's Chris. If you were ok with that, you wouldn't have wrote the letter, plain and simple. Try to spin it all you want, but you are a douche.
Anyone on here that works in the restaurant industry, before you wait on someone say treble hook out loud. If it is him, you will know it. Then proceed to screw him and write a letter on his receipt that you didn't expect such a douche to come eat there.

Yeah from my experience on V-Day, a lot of restaurants have prix-fixe menus and try to rush diners in and out as quickly as possible. I've seen low-end establishments kick out drunks who weren't really bothering anyone else; I fail to see how Ruth's Chris would let something like this happen.
