I use to think Ruth Chris was expensive till I went to tsunamis and spent 80 dollars by myself without ordering a a lot

I don't understand why people pay 50+ for a steak at Ruth's when you can buy the same cut and quality of beef at a high end market for about $20-30 less and cook it yourself. Cooking a steak (esp on the stovetop) is one of the most foolproof things you can cook.

I hear you but don't believe I can get the same cut of meat. Plus sometimes you wanna get out of the house and get drunk somewhere else.

Because I like to be waited on and sometimes I don't want to cook a steak or the sides. Ruth's Chris is my favorite steakhouse. I usually get the veal chop. It's excellent.

I dont have an oven that gets 1800 degrees and they cook it perfect every time.

I haven't gotten around to getting one of those ovens either. I keep telling myself to just go buy one, but I end up going to the restaurant instead.
