They should put a Chicken Shack right there. It's time to accept the direction that area is headed.

Why someone would open a restaurant named the Royal Kabob within 2 block of Albasha's is beyond me. Albasha's was been in that area of Sherwood for many years, doing well. There is no curse on the locastion, just a string of bad restaurants, and it is next door to a Picadilly's, which I dislike, but they seem to do well.
It was Brewbacher's for many years, then Uncle O's, which was very mediocre, then the worst TexMex I ever had, then Royal Kabob, which I never bothered with. If someone ever puts up a good restaurant there it will likely do well.

I knew that wouldn't last.
Any word on the burger joint? I think it's Leo's.
Never looks too busy. In the evenings at least. I'm never around there at lunch time.

I like Nagoya. They received a customer boost when that chinese buffet joint next to Harbor Frieght closed and when Teppanyaki closed. Such a boost in fact, Nagoya is no longer offering their after 2 o'clock discount.
