I've made this comment before but if you have not had Roman's on old Hammond it's fantastic.
I never get grilled fish hardly anywhere... But I'd argue that theirs is the best in br.

I dont know about bluebonnet. I've only been to this one.
I don't remember what fish it was. Not tilapia though. Could have been catfish. Doesn't matter. It was great pan seared with a garlic butter sauce and some vegetables.

They are all owned by the same guy. I was in there this week.

Dude spends the majority of his earnings on the broads at Twin Peaks. I've been there 3x over the past couple years, and he's been there every time. He has a reserved spot at the end of the bar.
