Very true.
Not advocating the food, but the ironic thing is that places like Waffle House and McDonalds are really the cleanest restaurants.

Not Surprising. Fleur de Lis is absolutely disgusting (the building/cleanliness). They have mildewed towels lining the frosted glass wall up front because the entire wall leaks when it rains.

Why would you want a comp for a future meal? I know it might feel like a matter of principle but honestly, would you ever eat there again? I went to Gatti's off of Essen in Baton Rouge and saw roaches crawling all over the buffet. This was 2 years ago or so. We ate there all the time because we had a coupon for a free buffet that we could use over and over. Anyway, we quit going and I have never been back. It was my favorite pizza in town and now I just don't eat pizza, period. I don't care for pizza usually but I loved that place. I will do without before eating at a place crawling with roaches.
