I actually sous vide a bunch of burgers yesterday. I was cooking burgers for 20 people and didn't want to be standing in front of the grill for very long. 130F for 2 hours... Did them in ziploc bags because I figured vacuum sealing would cause issues. Put them on the grill to sear. By the time I got them all on, the first was ready to flip, I'd say 45 seconds per side. They came out great, just like the steaks.

. I don't know about that. I do eat a lot of steak though. Did this one last night.
