apparently the full rumor was that pressure had to be applied via the ABC Board to get them to cough up the $$$, which they did.

Money came from ticket sales during a raffle for bourbon about 6 weeks ago. People paid $5 per ticket (could buy an unlimited amount of tickets for the first time this year) for the chance to pay for high end bourbon at retail priceing. Don’t know the dollar amount but they sold a shite ton of tickets

Once again, how could this happen without any news media picking it up.. It was 35,000 dollars. Thats enough for National news to make a story out of it
