Sorry to hear you ate the sulfite sulfate whatever coated salad. Always seemed to run right through me. Must do whatever it takes to keep the wifey happy. Good man

Just to ease you through your nausea this AM, look up tilapia aquaculture. They make catfish seem clean in perspective.

Went to Ryan's once in my life, in Zachary. The dessert bar featured barlett pear halves topped with cottage cheese, a maraschino cherry, and cheddar cheese.

Never again.

FYI they sell the rolls to go. You call, order a dozen or so, take them home, eat with dinner. One of my friends does it often. Also Ms. Shuebarts or whatever yeast rolls in the freezer section of the grocery store are a family favorite at my house as well.
